Hey, are all my walking buddies out west taking care and staying out of the heat? The weather has gotten so bad! Poppy and i are only going for short walk. And were not working in the yard like some adventurous, outdoorsy folks i know. Beside the heat, we have smoky air from all the wildfires. Take care everyone!

Our heat is gone, but the air quality is in the yellow zone, which for my lungs is as bad as I can handle.

But trees and plants are magical. I can be in my shady green backyard or on the wooded hiking trails with no problems. Out on the open trails, I need to neb after a few minutes.
