Hi @airforce1 and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. Low blood pressure and sudden heart rate drops can definitely cause the symptoms you are having.
I would like to connect you with @hollywoodal and @lacy2, who's husband had a triple bypass.
Can you tell us a little more about your situation? How long have you had HCM and have you discussed these current symptoms with your doctor?

Father is 85 yrs old, and overweight, mainly belly fat. Has a life long history of hypertension high blood pressure. Post op triple bypass 6 weeks out and having major issues when standing or walking with walker. Feeling faint, light headed, woozy, weak, feels like about to pass out when upright blood pressure drops below one hundred over 60. Seated 137 over 82. Sitting no issues, no pain, no symptoms. Only when standing. Wearing compression socks sun rise to sun set. Sleeping in recliner, can’t tolerate sleeping in bed. Urinating and bowels working well. Medications blood thinner, cholesterol, midedrin bp elevator, eating renal diet some salt, some coffee, smart sense no butter, salmon, carrots, salad graham crackers, vanilla wafers, blueberries, cherries, watermelon. Apples, peaches. Unable to keep blood pressure up tried many things, only thing that works is staying seated which is not practical any help appreciated
