Dear @artscaping, I have myriad foot problems and ONLY wear Hokas !! I find them light, roomy for tender toes and supportive. And my orthotics fit in.
Have you visited a store to try on some pairs?
I did one time, bought one, and ever since have ordered that size online. They always fit!
I hope you find your happy feet!

Good afternoon @yellowdoggirl Thanks for responding with your experience. I have been to the shoe store where I tried the HOKA shoes and bought my first pair. They are extremely light as you mentioned. I also feel more supported and they reach the top of my arch. The lady there told me that even though I do not run anymore, "except from doing kitchen duty", the shoe that fits is the best choice. She also told me that women can wear men's shoes as long as they adjust the width down. So....I don't have to look for only the shoes that are available in wide widths. Now I am anxious to have my TKR so I can try them out. The crazy lady being anxious for surgery because of new shoes.

May you have peace and ease today.
