Thank you for your feedback you make a valid point. I just hate having chemicals in my body. I will try those breathing exercises It's hard to say about the S O B anxiety maybe once a week when I get SOB anxiety I get very short tempered with my loved ones. Reading your insights seams to help take some of the stress off Thank you from mike miller

Good morning Mike. It's very hard not to be frustrated and angry when anxiety hits. It's my tendency too, but not fair to my husband or others. Try and figure out how to calm it down and then do it. In the long run, perhaps your anxiety won't be as bad. If you aren't getting enough support went his happens then it's time to have a heart-to-heart with your family. When I'm inclined to do this I hold up a finger and wait a couple of seconds for me to calm down.
