These low PSA numbers driving men to treatment have always been interesting to me. I’m sure there is more to the story. I have been on Active Surveillance for three years now. PSA fluctuating between mid 4s to mid 5s. Gleason 6, and low risk genomic test results. I have no intention to pursue any treatment. My AS includes 6 month PSA checks with visit to urologist and annual 3TMRI. We will continue to monitor. I am 66 years of age.

I believe that is an excellent approach.

I have had 2 Focal Laser Ablations now on Lupron ending this month.

I am doing the same only doing a psa every 3 months and 3T MRI annually.
