@kozm- If your doctor prescribed Anoro Ellipta it was for a specific reason and you would have to discuss this with him. I think that when we feel better we tend to think that we don't need the medications that have made us feel this way anymore. If you are feeling well and exercising and your breathing test came back as very good then I would say- isn't this telling you something? It's working!!

I'm thinking that perhaps you might not be breathing well enough. Do you do pursed-lip breathing, especially when you exercise? About 15-20 minutes prior to any exercise I use my rescue inhaler as a way of helping me breathe more easily. My pulmonologist suggested doing this and there is a difference.

Thank you for your feedback you make a valid point. I just hate having chemicals in my body. I will try those breathing exercises It's hard to say about the S O B anxiety maybe once a week when I get SOB anxiety I get very short tempered with my loved ones. Reading your insights seams to help take some of the stress off Thank you from mike miller
