Hi @sevenzero Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. I’m happy you’re part of our wonderful online community and will be visiting Mayo Clinic in Rochester. I’m a ‘frequent flyer’ there so if you have any questions regarding your upcoming visit don’t hesitate.

You’re wondering how to FedEx your records to Mayo Clinic-Rochester. The address for the main campus in Rochester:

Mayo Clinic
200 First St. SW
Rochester, MN 55905

General number 507-284-2511
Appointment Office 507-538-3270

However, it would be best to have a specific department so your information doesn’t get lost! Did you receive an informational packet from the clinic with your appointment? If so, there should be a phone number for the department where you’ll be seen. Call the number there and ask for the address and how to have your records arrive at the correct location. If not, call the general number or appointment number. Either person answering will have the information for you or will be able to get it for you. Everyone in the Mayo system goes above and beyond to make your experience as smooth and easy as possible

Since you have an appointment you also have a Patient ID number. That gives you access to a patient portal. If you haven’t signed up for that yet, now is a good time. It provides a host of information along with where you’ll be seen, appointment time, the provider, the department and how to contact!

I’ve also provided a few links below to help you navigate your upcoming trip to Rochester.
