Thanks Lori......It is all Jay's effort and aesthetic. He has turned 7 acres of a big jumbled mess into a river park. Here's a cute story, or at least I think so. When he was checking in at Rochester for his prostatectomy, the surgeon asked what he did. I jumped in and said he was a Park Superintendent. Guess what is on his patient records to this day. Yep.....Park Superintendent. It is his pride and joy.

Here's another one. Jay is an artist.....with a degree in art. He was an art teacher. He no longer paints or creates art pieces. As he tells me, he uses his talent to create Adams Landing.

I love watching him pay such great attention to every branch, every bush, every view.
