Anyone had nausea as a side effect of tamoxifen? What helps?

Good morning. I, like you, did not have any side effects from Tamoxifen until 1 1/2 years into taking it. I had incredible knee pain and swelling last year, some muscle aches, weight gain, and I can totally relate about the hair - what a mess!
I’m 48 and now almost at 3 years of taking Tamoxifen. My dr would like 5 so I’m going to try to make that. I try to stay active as I do think that helps.

@kspicer, thank you so much for your response. You have most of the symptoms I'm experiencing. I'll need to continue taking the drug until January of 2023. I'm grateful for the protection against breast cancer, but I wish I could eliminate the side effects!
