Good morning, I don't blame you for feeling confused. There are about 200 strains of non-tubercular mycobacteria. Of those, roughly 20 are of concern in humans, including only m.immunogen from your list, which was apparently not detected in the current sample. I'll try to remember to give you a link when I get to a PC - can't do it on this device.

Have you heard from your provider yet?

I'll be seeing him next week. This is my second time with NTM. The last one was now 4 years ago. I certainly don't remember all these strains back then. My current ID doctor was going to have me start inhaled Arikayce due to the immunogenum but I'm not so sure now that it didn't show up. I'm glad I waited to order it. I'd appreciate the link. Thanks
