Hello @marifersitacastro,

I found on the Carcinoid Organization's website some information in Spanish which perhaps helps you in understanding this rare disorder.

While I've never experienced carcinoid syndrome personally, I have heard that there are "rescue" shots that can be taken in between monthly injections which are helpful.
