I am taking a 30 billion probiotic, a prebiotic, florastor and 1tb of sauerkraut daily because they said being it is fermented it would help. If you have any other advice it would be appreciated

Hello, can you take Florastor with for example, Good Belly Probiotic (I take this in the morning for vitamins since I’ve limited my diet)? I want to take the Florastor 1x in AM and 1X at night but I’m unsure if I can take it at same time in AM with the other probiotic. I’m struggling right now after going off Vanco 3 months ago. This is great that’s what I took. I took as well GI revive by designs for health it has slippery elm in it to heal any inflammation caused by c Diff. Wishing you a speedy recovery! Keep us posted.
