@jammins I deep wet belch over 3000 x a day & night . Constantly churning gut , so loud it wakes me up . The burps always taste the same . Like sewer water . I’ve had every test you can do done ✅ and everything holistic done ✅ last 7.5 years. This has ruined most all of my 50’s . I’ve gone to 5 Gastro Dr’s . Sure I have Gastritis , Class B GERD , Small Hiatal hernia , Esphogitis. That’s what tests have said . I’ve tried all the PPI ‘s they make . Everything OTC and herbal and pre and pro biotic . No one can tell me why , I can’t eat anything ( and I eat so clean ) without suffering every single time .
I’m now on antidepressant and anti anxiety meds because this has gotten to me mentally. I can’t even enjoy a dinner out w/ my husband. I’m sick all the time .
I have televisit consult w/ Cleveland Clinic Young Gastro Dr end of July . Most Drs say I’m a medical mystery and they can’t do anything for it . I live on Ultra Pepto daily .
I’ve been on waitlist for Mayo Clinic Jacksonville for 9 weeks . I doubt they will call me . Since you posted this in 2018 , what’s happened to you since ? Who did you see and did you get the answers and diagnosis and treatment. I’d love to know if you can share w/ me . Desperate here , Thanks , Rosemary
