As a retired registered nurse I highly doubt there is any relationship between y our back and your dermal carcinoma. As for your back, ouch! My lumbar spine is like yours but not congenital. Your cervical spine does not sound like it's in great shape. I presume you have a great deal of pain and associated symptomology in your upper body?
