I’m doing really well these days
Visiting therapy is a must,do not be afraid to be honest ,to share and unload.
It is without doubt finding something to do that makes you happy.in doing so you are taking yourself completely out of your own head ,and into a new zone.
The crocheting does that for me.
I have super window boxes done too
I did them myself
There are so cheerful and make me happy to see them bloom💐💐
Find your own wee niche and go with it.
Or try to do some little thing for a neighbour or relation it. makes me happy to do it and they are so happy to receive
I have started to do online yoga...
Felt so awkward at the start but now I’m getting into it
I set aside a time every day to do it
It’s great
The walking has to be the best
Small steps (pardon the pun)
But I know I carry this anxiety with me
But I keep it at bay and far away
It needs to be worked at .

🥰🥰🥰thank you so much for taking the time out to speak with me, I’m definitely ready to try something different to help with this, for all these years I haven’t been ashamed to take medication, I’ve been Scared that it will make me feel worse, I read into the medication to much and all I could think of is it making me have suicidal thoughts so I’ve been scared of it. But at this point I’m tired of suffering and I want nothing but to feel better so that I can take care of my parents me
