I am 6 months into my year of Evenity. I Will have dexa in December. I think my hip is -2.3 and spine -2.7 before I started but I will post all of my before and after stats in December.
Fortunately I have had no side effects other than with the first dose when I had injection site pain and swelling. I am 46 years old. Had a stress fracture of the hip last year and that’s when I finally agreed to start a bone builder. My endocrinologist said you can continue to have improvement and bone building for many months after completion of evenity. Plan is to do reclast for 5 years after completion of evenity. She prefers this over prolia because she said I would have to stay on prolia for life vs only 5 years of reclast given my age
