I can imagine......you do seem to handle trauma very well. We return next Monday.....and I will begin a discussion about surgery. The flight was difficult, the airline was wonderful. Resting today and playing with "stretchies" characters. Quite heavenly. The water is close and we have great views. I am very happy.

Can't imagine hunting "moss" in the mine country without surgery first. We'll see how it goes. Haven't taken any pictures yet.....been too busy playing. Sending compassion meditations to you and your daughter.

@artscaping, @sueinmn, @becsbuddy, @loribmt, @artist01 and all....Thank you for the info formation, Lori so I'm not concerned about Sue and her daughter. Sue, you are the trauma queen and I'm sure you have everything under control...just be sure to take care of Sue, please. Chris, you might be interested to know I got some frankincense and myrr in coconut oil balm and use it on my feet, legs and hands. Even used on my lower back one day/evening when it was acting up. Good stuff, my friend. I don't understand this, but I slept like a dream. Nothing bothered me during the night, so there is something good here. I think you mentioned it as a good addition to the dresser of goodies.

Had a hummingbird yesterday evening hovering like a helicopter and darting, so amazing little fellows, at the red crown of thorns. It didn't stay long, so I must get a few more tubular flowers for them. It's the first I've seen so clearly. I was watching from my upstairs window. That little guy came up right next to a thrush, pretty and kind bird, at the peanut butter suet tube. They cohabitated well.

Hope all have a lovely day and send more pictures of the wonders of your world. I love it!
Blessings to all, elizabeth
