Acupuncture and Crohn’s disease

I would like to hear from people that have tried using acupuncture to treat Crohn’s. Did it help or not?

@sandyjr I’ve not had any experience with Crohn’s disease but I am familiar with Acupuncture and have been helped immensely with the treatments. They’re painless and I swear, some kind of voodoo magic! LOL
How long have you had Crohn’s disease? Are you under a physician’s care for the symptoms?

I found 2 sites that may be of interest to you while you consider your decision. You could check with your physician to make sure there’s no contraindication to the treatments. Acupuncture is safe when done with a licensed practitioner, there are no medications so I wouldn’t think there would be any medical reason not to give it a try. The treatments are also not very expensive. Some insurance companies are accepting this alternative medical treatment. My physician’s office actually has an acupuncturist on staff, though I go to another therapist I really like and trust.
