Hello @richardfrancine, Welcome to Connect, an online community where patients and caregivers share their experiences, find support and exchange information with others. I used a Zopec DT-1200 tens unit years ago with not much success or help. I have no experience with the Rebuilder but I'm really skeptical of all the claims. It seems similar to what a lot of the neuropathy clinics offer for treatments that have you continually coming back for the next treatment. Hoping others can share their experience.

Thank you very much for your feedback. No, I have not really done research on The Rebuilder, except to read the « benefits » the inventor ascribes to it. Today, out of desperation because he was in agony,(actually crying!) my husband accepted (he wouldn’t try it before) to finally give a try to Dr Ho’s circulation promoter that he had bought months ago. This is TENS therapy. Both his feet were on the foot pads and the relief was just about immediate. He had been writhing in pain all day - and I havn’t heard him complain once since. He did it again before going to bed. Hopefully, it will carry him through the night.

I have tried it. It did not work for me. I have severe neuropathy pain in my feet, legs, hands, and arms that was caused by a failed cervical steroid injection. I tried it because a physical therapist claimed it worked for his other patients.

Hi again
I just answered your post, but then I was wondering whether you were saying that you tried THE REBUILDER or Dr Ho’s Circulation Promoter. (TENS therapy). My husband was in agony with peripheral neuropathy in his lower legs and feet and Dr Ho’s brought immediate relief. If that is the one you did not try it may be worth giving it a chance. All the best to you!
I tried the Rebuilder. Does your husband have neuropathy due to diabetes? Mine is from spinal damage, so I don't know if a circulation promoter would help. Thanks for the information, though.

Hi
It is a device that I saw advertised by a « Dr Phillips » , claiming that it will regenerate nerves - rather far-fetched - but my husband nevertheless spoke to his nephrologist about it. This doctor told him that THE REBUILDER was only another TENS machine, and at an outrageous price. Please don’t fall for this scam. It will not regenerate nerves.

Yes, this stuff is all a money maker for a scam artist who is taking advantage of people. They know people are desperate and in pain and are looking for a cure. There is none

Have you done any research on the Rebuilder?

Hi!
He has neuropathy because of chronic kidney disease, and, yes, Dr Ho’s Circulation Promoter has been very helpful. Thanks for writing
