Hi @sunnyflower, You won't have the small envelope icon if you are using a phone. If you click on your photo at the top you will see your Profile & Settings, Notifications, Messages and more. Clicking on Messages is the same as clicking on the small envelope.

Hi John oh, good to hear you! My Microsoft Surface tablet does not have the envelope icon nor does my Samsung Galaxy phone. We've been through this so many times but for some reason yeah mine is different and there is no envelope anywhere! I was able to get to my private messages though. Thank you so much and take good care, Sunny flower
