I found after the second moderna, a month later, the injection site intermittently flares up with tremendous pain. It is deep and radiates into my shoulder . It hurts terribly. Anyone have this issue?

@suzanne2- Hello. Did you have Moderna? Arm pain is more prevalent with Moderna, it seems. What happens with the flare ups? Does you arm swell, turn red? Do you get a fever? Have you contacted your doctor about it?

My daughter got this, along with very swollen lymph nodes and swollen bicep, 2 weeks after injection. Her doc treated it with a steroid injection at the site of worst pain, and it subsided pretty quickly. That is what I had to do after flu shot last fall, too - it never flared again until after Pfizer injections.
