Hello, I'm a 17 years old male and my height is 137 cm (4ft 6in). I've always been really short, but I don't think I'm going to grow much taller and I'd like to do something about it as soon as I can. What should I do?

Hi BlackPhantom,
I moved your message to this existing discussion so that you can connect with other teens talking about their height, like @nbv1515 @johnnyjones @anonymousforcertainreasons2 and @kamalgeenath. I encourage to scroll through the past discussion to see some of the advice and articles discussed.

Genetics play a big part in growth and adult height. Did your parents or grandparents have late growth spurts?
