It sounds like you have had a lot of different tests to rule out MS, Parkinson's and more.

Do you keep a diary of when your internal vibrations occur? The first link above has a section called Tips for monitoring your symptoms that gives you some tips for keeping a diary of your symptoms to help discuss with your doctor, neurologist or care team.
