Yes, melatonin doesn't help him. He goes right to sleep but he talks and acts out his dreams and his body jumps. Thank you for your help.

I'm just wondering if he tried the time-release Melatonin or the regular type? Have you found anything that has been helpful like activities during the day or food before bedtime?

Is a sleep specialist involved in his care?
