I too frequently have tiredness issues but it never occurred to me to related them to bronchiectasis. From what i written here in the 3 messages, I cannot tell if the tiredness symptom is necessarily related to bronchiectasis or something else. For the person who had Covid 19, it seems like that has to be seriously considered as the culprit.

Barb - maybe the dual assault on your body of Covid and bronchiectasis is the culprit?
Remember that our damaged lungs have to work harder just to breathe, so it makes sense that the fatigue might follow. In my case, I suspect I still have a low-level of MAC infection that my body and I are constantly battling, so any stress makes things worse and makes me more tired.
