thanks just having flareup right now of everything... supposed to go for blood tests thisam if i do may slip into emerge but so far no help no fam dr ...listenign to you tube tapes deep breathing right now...sorry guys

@lacy2 I’m thinking about you today. How are you feeling? You say that you’re having a flare—what’s involved with a flare? Did you get bloodwork this morning or did you go to the ER? Becky
