I didn't have a referral from my physicians because they wouldn't listen to me and I became a patient on my own with approval the next day after applying to become a patient. Just be patient and you'll get approved!

I waited for a week for a call back from the Phoenix clinic and then they told me that the neurology dept.. wasn't taking any new Medicare patients. I've got a call in to Rochester, must wait another week, and I'm half expecting the same results.
