This is most appreciated!! My doctor gave me the choice a year or two back but I have always wondered about absorption. I replay '1 before or 2 after' all day in my mind - bc sometimes in the morning I don't have an hour so I eat a banana, then it's when to take it next. I'm moving it to bedtime and I'll be sure it's getting absorbed. THANKS!
