Here is my most recent very personal discovery: Replace toilet paper with a BIDET. No need for toilet tissue and i have never felt so clean. Can be attached to existing toilet seat in less than an hour . Costs less than $100.. Available at Home Depot or most any other place that sells plumbing supplies.
