My wife @lisaaase is a member of this group too so I'm tagging her. She had been diagnosed with Stage 3 Kidney Disease (which I understand is nothing near what @m1rmiller has) a few years ago and has been on a mostly grain-free, low-carb diet and mostly one meal a day (OMAD) intermittent fasting. Her most recent blood tests show normal kidney function. She's just one case, but in addition to other health benefits it seems her approach has helped with kidneys too.

Hi I am jumping in on your blog. What prompted your wife to try intermittent dieting? I would like to have more information. Please share. Thank you.

Hi Lee, I just found this site as I was just diagnosed with stage 3a kidney disease and I am a 66 year old fit female with no weight issues. I would really love to connect with your wife as I will do anything to try to get to normal kidney function. I love to talk with her about OMAD and her journey but I don't know how to connect using this site. Best, Sue
