I’m looking for somebody who already had the provenga treatment and how helped you guys this treatment, I’m going to start soon in the treatment but I would like to heard some experiences related with. I wish to have some answers. Thank u.

Juan, As you know, Provenge is the brand name for sipuleucel-T, an autologous cellular immunotherapy used to treat late-stage prostate cancer that no longer responds to hormone therapy (metastatic castrate resistant).

@ken82 posted information about the approval of this drug here https://connect.mayoclinic.org/comment/255858/, but I'm not sure if he has had it offered as a treatment. While we wait to see if other members have experience with Provenge, you may appreciate this information:

When will you start this treatment? Have you already had white blood cells removed to create the vaccine for you?
