Hi, it was @lindam272 who stated she got thru Medicare Part B!

@glendamoseley1 - I'm sorry I don't know how it was written but should be submitted under Part B of Medicare. The pharmacist should be able to tell you what that needs to look like. I believe it's treated like medical supplies. @lindam272
