And another “oh”... you’re really not well ADA protected either. That avenue is available, but not as obvious as you may think. I have spoken personally with ADA specialty lawyers about it.

Yeah, these monitoring programs seem to operate above HIPAA and other regulations in the name of “public safety.” Shady toxicology and economic extortion aside, they get access to all my medical records. What is even the point having a therapist if they get all the records? I can’t be honest.
