Hello @gosssamer702 and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. Your injury and your last two years sound extremely challenging but it does sound like you have been doing what you can despite insurance issues to boot.

I need prayers and positive thoughts as I struggle with severe shaking and pain and 6 days of no sleep from this. 3 weeks seems to far off as I deteriorate.
