Good evening @rashida. I am so sorry I missed your response. Must have been during the switch to the new platform.

You can use a baby spoon if you like. I just fill the dropper and squeeze it into my mouth, hold it under my tongue for 30 secs to a minute and then wait for it to kick in about 15-30 minutes later. I use several types of tinctures. Third-party validated cannabis has passed the regulations. I have found P & B (Papa and Barkley) to be reliable and effective. Care by Design is always on my consistency list for their 2:1 (CBD/THC) Outgo has the best 1:1 (CBD/THC.).

@ artscaping I wonder if I would have a problem when travelling, if I use the CBD oil? I live in Canada and have heard of people having problems when entering the States if they are using any cannabis product.

Of course right now with the lockdown restrictions this is a moot point.
