Take your images and go to a Physical Therapist. Mine was a manual, Osteopathic trained, sole proprietor. Not a big room of specialists. She solved my bursitis/piriformis/sciatica issues, for the most part. I have stretches to do. This type of therapist will take you from where you are and, my back is not pretty, either. Ice/heat/epsom salt bath, walking in a pool helps, too. I have MCTD and many of us are also hypermobile, so when muscles get weaker, joints do not stay put. Most stretches were yoga/pilates/isometric based so could be done on bed or table.

I’ve been to PT numerous times only to get worse. Chiropractor adjustment my neck and now I have more damage as well as shoulder he messed up.I’m now totally on a walker waiting for wheelchair.
I’ve tried acupuncture, massage. My sacrum sticks out and constantly hurts and burns.
Life is hell daily and severe insomnia and depression.
