AMA (American Medical Association) doctors are not trained in how to prescribe safe nutritional supplements to keep their patients healthy. The pharmaceutical industry is relied upon to create drugs, instead. Drugs are great if they are safe, work, and there are not natural ways to maintain health. In the case of bone health, however, there are powerful and effective methods to maintain and restore bone health. I've learned a lot from Mercola by reading his newsletters for years. Here are three excellent articles that you can use to strengthen your bones. https://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2020/07/20/resveratrol-boosts-bone-density.aspx https://fitness.mercola.com/sites/fitness/archive/2017/08/25/osteoporosis-prevention.aspx https://www.mercola.com/calendar/2018/magnesium.htm
Hope you are feeling better, I can imagine how frightening this must have been for you. Different drugs can effect each one of us differently. Perhaps Prolia is not the best choice for you and it might be a good idea to get a second opinion, and better yet.....do some research on your own and read reviews from others that are both taking osteoporosis drugs and those that are not and using natural means with diet, exercise, etc. Wishing you the best and hoping you are feeling improvement today.
