@migizii have you tried restarting your iPad? See if that will clear things so that you can try deleting all again by going into your notifications but not by using the bell.

Thx! I think it worked but all my notifications through tonight are gone, but that’s okay! I will start from here😊😊😊

@migizii I just had another thought! When you try to “delete all” does it look like all the notifications have been deleted on the page but up in the bell it shows you still have all the number of notifications in red?
Do you then hit the back arrow to return to another page?? Try not hitting the back arrow. Instead, to return to the home page just touch the black, large print Mayo Clinic Connect in the upper left corner.
You’ll see that the notifications have been cleared. If you use that back arrow it will be returning you to a previous page and all the notifications WILL still be there. You need to actually get out of that page by going somewhere else, not just going ‘back’. Mayo Clinic Connect will take you to that home page...
