It must be hard to not knowing what will cause a flare up. I’m happy you have Mayo doctors taking care of you.
I believe nutrition plays a big role in staying well. Did you ask your Mayo doctor? Mayo GI would be the place to start asking for a Nutritionist.
I hope other members with Crohn’s will share their experiences.
