Hi @ktgirl, quite a few members have had arthroscopic surgery on various joints: knees, hips, shoulders, like @shel99 @babette @dduke @melcpa86 and others.

Ktgirl, by weight restrictions, do you mean how much you would be able to lift with that arm? Do you have to do heavy lifting at your work?

The Doctor told me I could lift maybe 5 pounds for the first while. I work at a convenience store. I told our store leader I would be on weight restrictions. I'm hoping I can work somewhat.
