@colleenyoung Hello, Colleen. FYI: Everything is much better, faster and accurate. No more glitches I'm seeing from my use.. Love the way the notifications and emails are handled now. I'm getting ones I'm actually following only now in my email and Connect folder, thanks to
@johnbishop's suggestion. Big improvement from the 40-50 getting beforel Works well for me...question-will the badges be added to each person's emails as before or are they shown on that person's info page? Also, loved reading about the spotlight folks, Sue, John, haven't gotten to Jake's yet. and a couple more I recognize. I understand more about each one and that's a good thing.

@colleenyoung Who do I contact to get a card record of my vaccinations? I don't have mine, may not have gotten one, but would like to have for records. Thanks. Elizabeth
Hi Elizabeth,
Badges are not included in email notifications. However, when on the website, you can click a member's profile image to get a summary of key information, including the badges they have earned. (See image below.) If you click View Profile, you can see the member's full profile.
Elizabeth, this is a good question. I'll see what I can find out. In the meantime, I might suggest you ask this same question through the patient portal.
Quick question: On the home page where the "Notification Bell" is located. Once you click to view all notifications, is this list scrollable? I can't seem to view but the first few, even when there are clearly many more. Many thank for your help!

@clutch, to see all notifications beyond the most recent 3, click "My Notifications (View All)" Click the picture below.

Hi @gator66, we've had some issues with delivering the daily digest. Today everyone should have received one, albeit later than usual. Please let me know if you get one tomorrow. We think we have the issues solved. Fingers crossed.
Trying to find the old format concerning TKR. Cannot find any of the ones I was following. Scar tissue, knee burning etc Thanks
