I have had the same thing, and my doctor's tell me it is IBS. I don't know if this would apply to you. Do you have any other symptoms? Have they done any testing?
I stopped diary products and mine calmed down with the addition of probiotics. Almond milk is great and other non dairy products. Try it for a month with probiotics. I hope this helps.
No ther symptoms seem to be healthy as can be. I have been told it is a gallbladder dysfunction - it seems maybe it started when i had gallbladder removed about 15+ years ago. i have taken cholestermine and i seemed to help at first, but can't tell any improvement now. I take immodium by the dozens - it kinda helps the urgency, but still have to have a bathroom. Very confining!!! can't go out to eat, can't travel!!
Have they tried Bentyl? I used it with great success and very little by way of side effects (other than some drowsiness).
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0000810/I had the exact same problem and I was told it was IBS or Chrohns, or whatever! It was not until I had a CT of my abdomen and pelvic that it was clear that I had what is called "GASTROPARESIS"...I had to have surgery as they had to open my Pyloic valve so things would move..thats the problem, when your food is just sitting there in your stomache formenting, and not moving, it causes gas, bloating and very foul diareah after you eat. I would look this up on you tube and wikipedia to get details on Gastroparesis, see a Gastrentronologist Surgeon. Don't let the Docs waste your time like they did mine. I entered the essay contest so I could tell my story, its under Kimberly Radomski..this will tell you more about why I feel I know what you have. Best wishes to you and I would also suggest you look up Gastroparesis on this site too or start a discussion. Im here if you need to talk. Take care of you.
Have you had your Gallbladder checked? I had problems right after eating so I had my gallbladder checked. I had a gallbladder stone so they removed my gallbladder. That seemed to help.
Eat a gluten-free meal and see if it goes away. If it does, continue gluten-free for a month and you will have your answer....avoid wheat.
Did you have neausea & throw up or just diarrhea? Also how long did you have it before they found you problem?
I had this since 1985. Yes I had Neausea & Diareah too. Also alot of Heartburn as well. Good luck to you! Hugs!
