Get checked out for Castleman's Disease. It's similar to lymphoma, but beniegn. thatis what my son was diagnosed with. He had same symptons!and swollen lymph nodes everywhere. His kidney's also failed. Please get checked out for this. I would like to know if you have the same thing. This is a very rare disease.

hey Darci73.....please tell me alittle bit more if you don't mind. I have looked it up but idk where to start. I saw a hematologist but he said that the report came back as beniegn so he wouldn't worry about it............no one can tell me why i still have swollen lymph nodes and ithcing, and weight loss. The lymph nodes are in my neck, under my chin, in my groin area. My husband keep saying that I am looking like i am loosing more weight......i am eating but i am getting full quickly and have diarrhea often......

thank you for your post....

Hi. It is a beniegn tumor. My sons kidneys ended up shutting down on him. But it is extreme fatigue, weightloss, night sweats, he had stomach pain, nasaous and enlarged lymph nodes all over his body, neck, groin, armpits and stomach. All during his Christmas Break he layed on the coach. He had no appetite. And when he ate, he still felt"empty"( Not sure how to explain that, he had touble explaining it too)It's treated similar to lymphoma. The only way they can really tell if it's castleman's is to do a lymphnode biopsey. I'd maybe talk to another Hematologist/Oncologist.
Hope they can figure out what is wrong. Darci
