I am taking lyrica and cymbalta for my neuropathy. My balance is bad and I am now having to use a walker as I have fallen too many times becauise of it.

I have been tethered to a walker for the past two years due to balance issues and falls. JJ

My neuropathy comes from my lumbar Stenosis and arthritis. I was taking gabapentin for the neuropathy, then I learned it can cause low bone mass. Now I have osteoporosis. I am just not sure what to do.
