I am so sorry you are going through this. Where is yours located? Both you and my daughter are in pain and I am
Looking for a specialist that deal with arachnoid cyst. I suggest you do the same. I’m not stopping her from any activities, but she can’t even go to school. She has had consistent headaches since Jan 7th. I mean on-going never stops gets less intense but always there. Are you still looking for help? Where have you gone this far?

Jen

@em87 @jseibert there is a place in southern California that does endoscopic arachnoid cyst surgery frequently. Not sure of your locations but thought it was worth mentioning in case you were interested...

@jseibert It sounds like your daughter may have a low pressure headache. Has she been diagnosed with this? I have them but I don't have an arachnoid cyst. I have different ones called Tarlov cysts or perineural cysts. They are normally located in the sacral area but can occur on any part of the spinal cord. It happens when your cyst fills with CSF and lowers the amount of fluid in the spinal cord. When this happens your brain is robbed of CSF and causes the headache. There are some things they can do to help the headache. Didn't meant to poke my nose in. Just trying to help if I can. Best wishes and take care!
