I am so sorry that you are going through this,have you tried going to the Department of human services in your area, as if you do not have insurance ,they may offer some help for you there. If not then contact the social security office to see what they can do for you. I have panic attacks too, I am currently on Zoloft for MS but it actually took my panic attacks away. Thank you, Sebley12. I did contact the health services department in my area and now I am receiving the Paxil for $0 and I see a psychiatrist once a month! Whew! When I had that panic attack I thought it was over for me. Thank goodness I reached out to this website and to an old friend who talked me down the evening of the panic attack. It's hard to understand this disease...but I can't ignore it, so I have to do whatever I need to do to fight it.
