Does anyone have triple negative breast cancer?

Local recurrence. This is the report: CK (+), GATA-3 (+), ER (-), PR (-), Her2 (0), Ki-67 (+90%) Is this still Triple Negative? Any recommendations about the treatment plan for my mom. She had a surgery last week and removed the tumor under the chest wall. The plan right now is to wait two weeks after the recovery from the surgery and then do radiation. Should I schedule an appointment at Mayo for her? Would they have a different plan? Thank you very much!
