If a person has an asymptomatic venous malformation in the brain, how does that affect the risk of a stroke with aging? Would there be any warning signs that could predict this to help a patient get preventative medical help?
What is the current thought on the Cerebellum function. Are there more functions other than movement coordination now considered to be part of the cerebellum's function?

My comment is about allergy to salicylates and all my MRI found micro-bleeds. My neurologist said it could be cerebral amyloid angiopathy. I am now 5 years past the event. I have no headache at all as I was on a low dose Doctor prescribed low dose aspirin.
i had stroke may 17, 2015 effected dominant right side with recover ok. My problem is have developed a ridge down center of head indented down and this year it is changing to raised with on each side indented. The indent changes daily i would say.Have you heard or seen this after stroke? It is not seen in a mri or ct of brain. It is thought it is between skull and outside surface skin. What kind of doctor do i see? I am worried about it?
Hi @leslon, Dr. Freeman recommends that you start with a neurologist.
i have seen neurologist they said it was not on mri of brain and my ct of brain. They also felt it. One said it was similar to a baby's head. Today i can feel ridge coming down center of forhead.
Helpful video discussion. Learned many new things. Thank you.
