A similar question was asked on Facebook during another broadcast. Here is Dr. Chumsri's reply: Both bioidentical and synthetic hormones can increase risk of breast cancer. Bioidentical hormones are not safer than synthetic hormones. It is a misconception that bioidentical hormones are safer than synthetic hormones.
