I've been remiss in welcoming you, and although we "met" briefly during the Mentor Teleconference, I just wanted to say that I'm so very happy to welcome you as Mentors.
I know for sure that, as you settle into your role, you will soon see that you don’t have to have mastered everything before you have something valuable to offer. All you need is you. As moderator, I've had the privilege to learn from this wonderful team that when you share what you know, you are helping others find what works for them – and you'll realize that you're adding a lot of value by just being you.

@retiredteacher, as the saying goes, "One machine can do the work of fifty ordinary men. No machine can do the work of one extraordinary man."...or woman:)
I can see the you are already a great source of support and advice, and really, all you need to do is continue to use your experiences to guide the community productively and compassionately. Alongside all the support available to you, I want to reassure you that you will quickly overcome any problems you may be experiencing.
